Proudly voted NZ's Best Ski Resort for 8 years in a row, we are now seeking a Terrain Park Team Leader to join our award winning team for 2023....
In this role you will be assisting in the design and build of alpine terrain parks that provides a safe and progressive environment for our guests. Your main responsibilities will be to maintain the parks to match the safety, progression, and aesthetic standards set in place. You will test features daily and critique the quality of each individual feature to ensure the highest quality product.
This is a front line customer service role requiring you to proactively provide guests with necessary information on the safe use of our parks as well as lead a team safely.

- Raking, shoveling, and maintaining features (including salting & dyeing)
- Assisting with the design and building of the Terrain Parks
- Assessing open/closed status of the park and features
- Set-up of fencing and signage
- Testing features
- Delivery of awesome customer service
About you:
- Ability to factor flow, maintenance and progression when designing terrain parks
- An understanding of spacing and snow quantity requirements
- Experience in feature design and construction (joinery, fabrication, painting)
- Promoting sustainability and the efficient use of resources
- Possess an excellent health and safety record and understand hazard management processes
- Proactive, take responsibility for upskilling and willing to contribute to our department goals and objectives
- Minimum 2 seasons experience in working (and ideally leading) a Terrain Park Crew
